The thought may sound morbid but this morning pumping iron at the gym I thought about death. If I died tomorrow would I have regret?

I have always wanted to go skydiving and I wouldn’t mind taking a trip to visit a couple more countries. We all have a desire for more; it’s deeply rooted in our culture. More money, a better job, a bigger house, and so on.

Despite this, I am content. I am extremely grateful for the opportunities, experiences and above all the people I have in my life.

I wonder what the world would look like if at the end of the day, we could all honestly say we’d be at peace with the amount of time we had on Earth if we weren’t given anymore. How would you live your life differently if you knew your life’s deadline was coming up?

Start living the life you want to live, one that won’t include regret if you were given the news of your death.
